Established in 1981, by Mr. Anil S. Gupte & Mrs. Shubha A. Gupte, POSH has emerged as one of the leading Precision Sheet Metal Component Suppliers to Major OEM's in India.
Under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Anil S. Gupte, POSH developed more than 120 different types of Plate Type Oil Coolers. At present POSH manufactures a wide range of Plate Type Oil Coolers, Sub-Assemblies of Aluminium Casting and Oil Coolers, Transmission Oil Coolers, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Coolers & EGR Cooling Modules for the Indian and Global automotive Market.
His son, a great industrialist in his own right, Sachin Anil Gupte heads Poona Shims as a global manufacturing powerhouse.
In the year 2008 POSH developed EGR coolers as a new product. We supply EGR Coolers for Automotive, Tractor, Genset & Earth Moving Equipment Engine applications. In the year 2010, POSH completed work on Development of Aluminium Oil Coolers for the Passenger Car segment. Based on over 40 years of experience, POSH is now offering Complete Sub-Assemblies, Oil Cooling Modules & EGR Modules to Customers.
POSH is supplies to more than 30 OEMs in India and exports to more than 5 OEMs in Europe.
The foundation of the company's growth over the last 40 years is a due to a deep understanding of our customer needs. An IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified company, we run and manage our own R&D unit that includes various methods of testing using one of the most elaborate testing setup in the world.
POSH has two manufacturing plants. Both plants are located around Pune, Maharashtra. One plant is set-up at Vadgaon Maval Dist. Pune (Built up 75000 Sq. Feet) for Oil Coolers, Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Coolers & Oil Cooler Assy. and Second plant set up at Village Javale, Taluka Shirval, Dist. Satara for Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Coolers & Aluminium Oil Coolers.
