As a Design Responsible Supplier, POSH follows a structured method of Product Quality Planning defined in IATF 16949 and as per the APQP manual.

We are one of the first companies in the automotive component sector in India to achieve the IATF : 16949 certificate.

Our in house research & development department along with the tool room is constantly working on new technology and product development.

The Cross Functional Team of POSH visits and discusses in details with a Customer at  the Engine Design stage and shares all product experience with their Customers which helps to rapidly design & develop the required products.

POSH always try to complete Development and validation Tests in time and satisfy Customers Technical, Commercial and Delivery requirements.

POSH has Oil Cooler Performance Verification Test Rigs, through which we are provide service to all O .E. Customers by facilitating quick product development.

Tool-Room

Since inception, POSH is known for its capability to manufacture Press Tools for Diesel engine Sheet Metal components and sub-assemblies.

The in house Tool Room is well equipped with all state of the art facilities such as

• CNC Wire-Cutting Machine

• Lathe, Radial Drilling Machine

• CNC Milling Machine

• Assembly of Tools

As per yearly evaluation of competency and new requirements, we plan training programmes of Internal and External faculties. To promote innovation, a suitable environment is created by motivating and empowering all associates. It is ensured that the Associates are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and we motivate and guide them to achieve the Quality Objectives and contribute in continual improvement Projects. 

In Research and Development area, competency of Engineers is improved by training them for all applicable tools, software and techniques.

On-Job training is given for quality improvement and multi Skill development.
