& Mrs. Shubha A. Gupte, Managing Director started
POona SHims
Private Limited, in the year 1981. The company started
manufacture of different varieties of precision sheet
metal pressed components, small subassemblies& shims.
The project for Plate Type Oil Cooler was set up in
1985. Since 1989 POSH has consolidated on its capacity
to Design, Develop & Manufacture Plate Type Oil
Coolers and Subassemblies for the latest Diesel Engine
market.
In today's world, Environmentally friendly, compact
and fuel-efficient diesel engine is a must. With the
stringent environmental norms, addition of Turbocharger&
higher decked Plate Type Oil Cooler is desired. That
is why, the Plate Type Stainless Steel Oil Cooler is
a vital part of today's diesel engine. Oil cooler helps
in keeping the Lubricating Oil Temperature at the desired
level with optimum level of Viscosity. Plate Type Oil
Cooler is a high Technology Assembly of stainless steel
sheet metal components. These components are brazed
in a furnace. After brazing all oil coolers are 100%
tested.

POSH is fully equipped with sophisticated testing and also
have computerized Coordinate Measuring Machine for inspection.
POSH is QS 9000 and ISO 9001 certified company by BVQI and
working for achieving environmental management system ISO
14001 certification. The other in-house facilities include
sophisticated R & D, Toolroom, Press Shop and Subassembly
division.
The basic company policy is, to improve continuously, in
all areas, to achieve stakeholders' delight. At present most
of the, latest Diesel Engine Manufacturers in India are customers
of POSH. POSH has been awarded "Best Supplier" award
by one of the major Customers, twice in a row & has been
awarded "Self Certified Supplier " status by nearly
all of them.
POSH has already developed more than 60 Numbers of different
types of Oil Coolers and has also developed complete subassembly
package which includes Oil Cooler with aluminum castings.
POSH is in the final phase of initiating single source Original
Equipment supply to a very prestigious West European Customer.
